使用者反映透過 OpenRouter 使用 google/gemini-3.1-pro-preview 模型時常遇到 HTTP 402 額度不足與速率限制錯誤，即使自己有足夠的 Google Cloud 帳單額度也無法繞過。提案在 config.yaml 直接支援原生 google 或 vertex-ai provider，跳過 OpenRouter 這層中介。
