回報者指出即使已套用先前針對 Codex timeout 的修復（#31967、#32016），openai-codex / gpt-5.5 仍經常在串流開始前卡住，出現「No first byte from provider in 45s」的重試與斷線訊息，且此問題與舊有的 context 為 0 或 300 秒 stale timeout 不同。
